But if you need to move around (you can't bend over with them in), be out and about or are afraid of flanges getting knocked into by your other kids then it may be something to look into. With my first she never was able to latch but i also think the lactation consultant didn't help me with that. I also had breastfeeding problems with my first two kids. But it didn't lower my supply so I guess that's good. I have used Milky Mama stuff and can't really tell for sure if it's help. As for the supplements I can't speak for them. But I ordered the cups to use for when I return to work becoz I plan to use it while working and I work in an open space area and figured having flanges stick out is awkward to hide with a nursing cover. They work fine but I think I can get more when I use regular flanges becoz I can see when I'm having a letdown so I can change to expression mode versus when I use my freemie cups I can't see it. I also looked on YouTube for reviews of the cups but I think they're too new right now.
